Rajkot: A 70-year-old woman was mauled by a leopard in Moti Khodiyar village near Junagadh's Mendarda town early on Monday morning.The woman Sakar Vekariya was sleeping in the verandah of her house when the leopard sneaked in and attacked her. Sources said that the wild cat dragged her to the compound.When Vekariya's son Mansukh returned from the field in the morning, he saw her lying profusely bleeding. She was rushed to the local hospital but had died by then.tnn
