Lion walks out of cage in zoo for 30 minutes

R K Hirapara, zoo superintendent, told TOI, "The man, who feeds the lion daily, had forgotten to lock the cage. Rajkot: A three-year-old Asiatic lion ventured out of its enclosure and strolled around the Rajkot zoo on Tuesday morning.Fortunately, the incident happened at around 8:45am when the zoo had not opened for public. After walking around leisurely for around 30 minutes, the lion itself went inside its enclosure. The lion ventured out from the rear side and started walking around in the campus. "The lion named Harivansh was born in the zoo itself.
