"We arrested Hitesh on the basis of a tip-off received about him coming to Bhalka Chowky to sell off his booty. Rajkot: A thief was arrested in Bhidiya area of Veraval and the booty worth over Rs 93,000 recovered by local crime branch (LCB) of Gir Somnath police on Sunday night.The LCB officials identified the burglar as Hitesh Bamaniya, 24. We have recovered a laptop, a digital camera and gold and silver jewellery, all worth Rs 93,114 from him," an LCB official said.During his interrogation, Hitesh confessed to having committed a total of 13 thefts in Una, Kodinar, Sutrapada, Prabhas Patan, Keshod, Junagadh and Porbandar.
