The court is likely to announce its judgement on June 18. Former Union finance minister Yashwant Sinha and three others - including chairman of state Khadi Board Sanjay Seth, former Rajya Sabha MP Ajay Maroo and former state head of BJP Yadunath Pandey - on Wednesday recorded their statements before the court of judicial magistrate Vaishali Srivastava in Ranchi in a 10-year-old case related to an agitation against the Madhu Koda-led state government.
