Torture in prison? Minister orders probe

He said since he was enforcing strict discipline inside the jail, the inmates were conspiring against him to settle a score.Meanwhile, it is learnt that the minister has asked the SSP to verify all allegations leveled against the jail staffers. Besides, the inmate had also alleged that the jail staff was forcing the inmates to pay money or face torture.The person making the video had claimed that he had paid Rs 10,000 to bring in a mobile phone inside the Patiala jail in which he was using two SIM cards.
