Das also said a one-month wage bonus would be given if they could make their area of work rank among the top three list in the next swachchata survey. He also said the government has been planning several more welfare measures for them.

He promised to equip RMC officials with walkie talkies on the lines of supervisors in Indore - currently the cleanest city in the country.The promised perks include registration of the workers under the Jharkhand Nirman Karmkar Board, which comes with a host of benefits like providing for education of their wards, increased wages and health cover. Das also said a one-month wage bonus would be given if they could make their area of work rank among the top three list in the next swachchata survey.
