Now, BPL beneficiaries new target of cyber criminals

Sources said one of the nine passbooks seized from the possession of the criminals revealed transactions of over Rs 6 lakh.
Dumka: Having earned disrepute for fraudulently withdrawing money from bank accounts of people, cyber criminals are now on the prowl for siphoning money from below poverty level ( BPL A few such incidents came to the light following the arrest of three criminals from Godda.
Police seized eight passbooks, five ATM cards, two credit cards, two Suvidha cards, one thumb impression scanner, two laptops, two cars from the criminals.
The criminals have been identified as Vikash Kumar Das (Godda), Suman Srivastava and Sonu Kumar (both from Bhagalpur in Bihar).
Two of three criminals hail from Bihar while the third person belongs to Godda district.
