However, the PM creating a hyperbole out of it... demonstrates his pre-poll restlessness and tension.”Jharkhand Vikas Morcha-Prajatantrik ( JVM-P ) chief went a notch higher. “The BJP and the Prime Minister are gripped by war hysteria , unmindful of the harsh truth that in a war, you can only defeat and not win,” Babulal Marandi said here.Marandi said the Modi government was unable to set-up a single factory in five years. “BJP should talk about poverty elimination, increasing the spending on health and education like Rahul Gandhi is doing,” Marandi said. The former CM added that his party, which is a part of the grand alliance, will fight the polls over issues of unemployment and inequitable development.Chief minister Raghubar Das congratulated Modi, the Union government and the country’s space scientists.
