RANCHI: The Jharkhand high court on Thursday issued notices to six BJP MLAs while hearing petitions against the Jharkhand assembly speaker’s order rejecting the plea seeking disqualification of six MLAs who joined the BJP soon after winning the 2014 state assembly elections on JVM-P tickets.The legislators are Naveen Jaiswal (Hatia), Ganesh Ganjhu (Simaria), Amar Kumar Bauri (Chandankyari), Randhir Kumar Singh (Sarath), Alok Chaurasia (Daltonganj) and Janki Prasad (Barkatha).JVM-P chief Babulal Marandi and MLA Pradip Yadav had challenged the speaker’s order in the HC.
