Dumka: JMM’s working president Hemant Soren on Friday said that there isn’t anyone who can replace party patriarch Shibu Soren from Dumka seat. Hemant was at a local court here in connection to two old cases of poll code violation.“There is no question of replacing Guruji from Dumka. I am aware of rumours that say JMM is considering to replace him, but those are being spread by BJP to create confusion among party cadres,” said Hemant while talking to media persons here.Shibu Soren will be contesting for the 12th time from this seat, which he has won eight times. JMM is contesting from four seats (Jamshedpur, Dumka, Rajmahal and Giridih) in the state. Questioned about the announcement of candidates, Hemant said, “They will announce the names in next couple of days.”Hemant, however, sparked speculation over the fate of his sitting Rajmahal MP Vijay Hansda . When asked about his meeting with BJP’s Borio (Sahebganj) MLA Tala Marandi , Hemant neither denied nor accepted the possibility of candidate replacement. Marandi is said to be upset with BJP over the nomination of Hemlal Murmu from Rajmahal.
