The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi has emerged as a shining beacon of hope by announcing its new program that is the Five-Year Integrated Program in Management (IPM). IIM Ranchi is next in the line after IIM Indore, Rohtak, and Bodh Gaya to announce this programme.

This programme is specifically designed for students who clear the Class 12 board exam and want to pursue a career in management.

Who all are eligible?
There is no age limit for the applicants. The course structure is designed to provide a multidisciplinary foundation borrowing from humanities, social sciences, arts, and sciences. It comprehensively covers management, marketing, accounting, finance, economics, information systems, data science, and strategic management.

The eligibility to apply for this programme is that the candidates should have passed the 10th standard/Secondary/SSC Examination and the 12th standard/Higher Secondary/HSC Examination (or equivalent) with 60% (55% for candidates from SC/ST/PwD) or more marks.

The selection process for IPM at IIM Ranchi emphasies on the following parameters:

1. Scholarship Aptitude Test - better known as SAT is an exam that tests a candidate on their English and Maths aspects. Apart from IIM Ranchi SAT scores are accepted by many Indian Universities and colleges also.

2. Written Ability Test (WAT) - tests the student on writing skills and aims to check the articulate thinking and command over the language.

3. Personal Interview.

4. Overall Academic Performance at the secondary and the higher secondary levels.
