Rapidly increasing infection in Jharkhand, shortage of medical help

Remedesivir injection is being provided to hospitals. Some stock is coming until Monday. It is expected that by Wednesday we can get enough stock.
The second wave of Corona in Jharkhand is at its peak. Unexpectedly increasing number of patients has brought a shortage of beds in the state`s private and government hospitals with the Corona drug Remedesivir (life-saving injections) and Femiflu. Due to the lack of beds, patients are sometimes forced to visit different hospitals.
Experts say that this time the number of corona infections is increasing every day more than previously estimated. Due to this, the hospital management is facing a shortage of medicine on one side and beds on the other. According to the information, there is a shortage of Corona drug Remadecivir (life-saving injection) in the entire country, but it is showing more effect in Jharkhand.
Remedesivir injection could not be received till Saturday night for many infected people admitted in many hospitals of Ranchi. Patients were told that the injection stock is over. The relatives of the infected were asked to arrange for injections at their level. Although the family went to buy Remedisvir at many shops, they felt disappointed.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren has appealed to people to strictly follow the guidelines issued by the government regarding Covid-19. He has said that all people must use masks and follow social distance. With everyone`s help, the fight against the corona epidemic can be won.
He said that the second wave of Corona has knocked in Jharkhand. The number of infected is increasing rapidly. In such a situation, caution should also be taken along with taking the vaccine. Do not take Covid-19 lightly at all. Support the administration and follow the instructions.
