Purnima Mahato, the coach of the Indian team who went to participate in the Archery World Cup, is also from Jharkhand. In such a situation, it is clear that most of the players who take part on behalf of the Indian team in the Archery World Cup belong to Jharkhand.

It includes Deepika Kumari of Ranchi, Komolika Bari of Jamshedpur, and Ankita Bhagat.

Apart from this, there is a player Atanu Das who is from outside Jharkhand but he is the husband of the player Deepika, who belongs to Jharkhand. Atanu Das has also played from Jharkhand before.
