Heavy rainfall in Ranchi leading to floods on roads.
Amid Monsoon, Jharkhand`s capital Ranchi is headed by floods and extremely heavy rainfall. Scores of cars were submerged in Ranchi on Saturday after heavy showers over the last 24 hours deluged the capital city.
The roads have turned into mini canals, with water gushing in from everywhere.

There has been incessant rain in the state capital for the last five days. Ranchi, and areas surrounding it, have been badly hit.
The weather department has issued a red alert - isolated heavy to extremely heavy rainfall - for almost two-thirds of the 24 districts in the state.
The current spell of rain in the state is due to the low-pressure system that has built up over the Bay of Bengal.
