Daltonganj: Two of chief minister Hemant Sorens three visits to Daltonganj have come after skipping two ED summons — the first on October 4 to commission the Medha dairy project and the second on October 31 to give away offer letters to 5,000-plus youths. The CM arrived again on Thursday with a bouquet of schemes under Sarkar Aapke Dwar programme to woo the electorate where only two out of nine assembly segments are under the JMM.On Friday, he oversaw Aap ki Yojna, Aap ki Sarkar Aap ke Dwar in the police line ofDaltonganj.Analysts said he travelled to this place for a political assessment of nine assembly seat under Palamu division. In the 2014 assembly polls, BRS (then TRS) won 34% of the vote share, while the Congress got 25.20% votes. Dhinakaran floated AMMK in 2017 after merger of O Panneerselvam and Edappadi K Palaniswami led factions.
