DPS Ranchi alumni shine in UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024

Delhi Public School, Ranchi alumni, Rishabh Dev and Prerna Singh have qualified Civil Services Examination 2024 with good ranks. Rishabh, from the Batch of 2015, secured an impressive rank of 167, while Prerna, a member of the Batch of 2013, achieved a commendable rank of 271. Rishabh Dev, a native of Ranchi, has etched his name among the achievers with his dedication and hard work. A graduate in BA-LL. B (Hons) from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, Rishabhs journey to success is a testament to his perseverance and determination. Prerna Singh, with her stellar performance, has added another feather to DPS Ranchis cap. Having completed her graduation in Sociology from Miranda House, Delhi University, and post-graduation in Social Work from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, Prerna has a rich academic background. Prior to her success in the UPSC examination, she showcased her skills in the corporate sector, serving as an HR professional at Vedanta Mining Company in BALCO, Chhattisgarh. In a moment of pride and inspiration for aspiring civil servants, Rishabh Dev and Prerna Singh addressed the students of Classes IX to XII at DPS Ranchi. They shared their experiences, insights, and tips for success in the UPSC examinations, motivating the students to pursue their dreams with dedication and perseverance. Expressing his joy and admiration for the achievers, Principal Dr. Ram Singh extended his heartfelt congratulations to Rishabh and Prerna on their remarkable achievement.
