SHILLONG: Violence returned to rock Shillong on Monday when protesters, comprising locals, broke into the state secretariat when Meghalaya CM Conrad Sangma was holding a meeting with Punjab government representatives.Soon, the Army staged a flag march in the heart of the city. Shillong has been witnessing unrest since Thursday following an altercation and a fistfight between employees of the state-run bus service, locals and residents of Punjabi Lane.
