GUWAHATI: Meghalaya intends to complete evaluation of papers for SSLC by May 31. “The evaluation of papers for the SSLC should start immediately. We want that the results to be declared by June 10,” Meghalaya Education Minister, Lahkmen Rymbui told reporters. Meanhwile, the Meghalaya State Legal Services Authority (MSLSA) with the aid of Ramakrishna Mission Sohra distributed 3,000 PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) kits to hospitals here. The State Legal Services Authority also expressed appreciation for the yeomen services and contribution made by the Ramakrishna Mission in these difficult times.

GUWAHATI: Meghalaya intends to complete evaluation of papers for SSLC by May 31. “The evaluation of papers for the SSLC should start immediately. We want that the results to be declared by June 10,” Meghalaya Education Minister, Lahkmen Rymbui told reporters. It was earlier decided that curfew passes will be arranged for evaluators so that the process can begin. Meanhwile, the Meghalaya State Legal Services Authority (MSLSA) with the aid of Ramakrishna Mission Sohra distributed 3,000 PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) kits to hospitals here. The distribution work was initiated by the executive chairman of Meghalaya State Legal Services Authority Justice HS Thangkhiew in the presence of the member secretary MSLSA, Noor Ain Khan and Swamiji Arunaganando, secretary of the Ramakrishna Mission, Sohra. The State Legal Services Authority also expressed appreciation for the yeomen services and contribution made by the Ramakrishna Mission in these difficult times. The MSLSA also appreciates the contribution of Project Coordinator A2J (Access to Justice Project Meghalaya) Albert Sngi Lyngdoh, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India and the volunteers of Ramakrishna Mission for a remarkable coordination in extending relief work to the needy. The member secretary has also appealed to the para legal volunteers and panel lawyers to rise up and contribute in every possible way in this fight against Covid-19.
