BJP MP demands action against govt. officers for illegal hotels in Himachal

Action against illegal hotels was being taken across the state.“I ask government of Himachal Pradesh to identify such officers within a period of last 10 years during whose tenure illegal constructions were done. While Manali and nearby areas which were considered hot spot for tourism have around 80 properties. Power and water connections were being snatched and structures being demolished of the same. Properties of such officers should be seized and a part of it should be given to the families of those who were suffering these days due to violations” said Shanta Kumar, at his residence Palampur on Wednesday..There were around 160 properties in Dharamshala facing action including hotels and restaurants.
