Shimla: With almost two months for the parliamentary elections to be held in Himachal Pradesh BJP has devised a strategy of outreach to reach as many households as possible. The elections in HP are scheduled to be held on May 19.The party proposes to hold 400 rallies across the state and these rallies will be fanning across reach to the every household by holding around 400 election rallies across all the zila parishad wards. state. The BJP has also finalized the list of its star campaigners. Apart from rallies the party has also decided to conduct workshops in all thefour parliamentary seats.To begin withe workshop for the Mandi parliamentary seat would be held on Thursday and it will be attended by cabinet ministers apart from chief minister Jai Ram Thakur. Workshop for Hamirpur parliamentary seat would be held at Bhota on Friday and it would be attended by former chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal,irrigation and public health minister Mahender Singh Thakur and Hamirpur MP Anurag Thakur would also remain present. BJP state president, Satpal Singh Satti said apart from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP chief Amit Shah and union minister J P Nadda would be some of the star campaigners. Apart from these meetings pf mahila morcha, yuva morcha and kisan morcha would also be convened. He said to ensure smooth functioning durig the campaign to be spread over the next two months the election management committee will meet at SHimla on Thursday.
