Surat 6800kg cake cut on Narendra Modirsquos birthday

SURAT: A record of sorts was created when a 680-foot long and 6,800kg cake was made to celebrate Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 68th birthday in the city on Monday. The event took place at Swarna Bhumi Party Plot at Vesu.About 1,150kg maida and 1,550kg sugar were used to make the 6,800kg cake. Chefs also used 225kg protein, 1,150kg coco powder, 25kg caramel, 1,675kg whipped cream, 850kg chocolate chips, 350kg oil and 125kg cake gel. The previous record was created when 221 people had cut cake in the Netherlands to celebrate their birthdays.The cake was made in 16 degree Celsius temperature in 10 hours The event was named Atulya Shakti.

The event was named Atulya Shakti. The previous record was created when 221 people had cut cake in the Netherlands to celebrate their birthdays.The cake was made in 16 degree Celsius temperature in 10 hours
