Married woman’s fake profile created on social media

The woman came to know about the page from people know to her. After checking the page she contacted the police.“The accused is yet to be identified. It is yet to be investigated if the page was created in the city or somewhere outside,” said a police officer.Police are questioning the woman and her family to find out if they doubted anyone. Surat: Police booked an unidentified person on Wednesday for allegedly creating fake Facebook profle of a 38-year-old married woman and portraying her as a woman in flesh trade on social media.In her complaint the woman alleged that the accused created her profile on Facebook seven months ago using her name and photo.She alleged that the accused shared messages with individuals who had left a message after visiting the page.
