Surat: Two men were beaten up allegedly by a gang of four over a verbal spat a few days ago in Bhestan area of the city. They also thrashed Chahal's cleaner Maninder Singh with iron rods and blunt objects at 1.30 pm on Friday. However, the issue got settled as they got separated.But Rajput did not forget the incident. The injured were admitted to the New Civil Hospital (NCH).According to the police, Rohit Rajput had entered into a verbal spat with Sukhvinder Singh Chahal, a truck driver, outside Udhna Citizen College over a petty issue at a tea stall a few days ago. He went with three of his friends to Chahal's place and beat him up.
