Weekend lockdown will be strictly enforced in Thane: Police Commissioner

Pet food shops and clinics will continue to operate, and pet owners should be evacuated only if absolutely necessary. Thanekar is wise and will abide by all the rules, but if anyone violates the rules, the police have no choice but to take strict action, so all citizens should stay at home and spend time with their families for the next two days, appealed Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar.  

It was allowed to travel in the Thane district for a few hours a day for a week, but private vehicles were allowed to exit. However, for the next two days, ie Saturday-Sunday, a strict lockdown in Thane district has been declared in the entire Thane district and strict action will be taken against the citizens who walk on the streets without any reason.

Candidates who are examinees are required to carry their tickets near the hall, otherwise, they too will have to face action. Thane Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar has clarified that strict action will be taken against anyone who is seen walking on the road without any reason.

They will also have to face stern action if they continue to provide any services other than essential services and if anyone wants to go to the doctor or bring some medicine from the medical, as well as buy essentials, they can buy essentials as per the rules given by the government, Thane police said. Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar clarified.
