Man Gets Call For Receiving His Own Death Certificate: Maharashtra

Man receives a call for collecting his own death certificate. 

This is bizarre and shocking as in Maharashtra`s Thane a man received a call from a local civic body in context for receiving his own death certificate. 

Chandrashekhar Desai, a resident of Manpada in Thane, was reportedly infected with COVID-19 in August 2020 and even got cured after being treated for the same at his house. Desai also received calls during his quarantine period from local authorities enquiring about his health. 

 A woman who worked for the health department of Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC), had called the man. He was called with regards to the issuance of a death certificate under the name of Chandrashekhar Desai.
