KIIFB funds a boost to development: Minister

The Public Works Minister said the government had not shelved Light Metro Project for Thiruvananthapuram and Kozhikode cities. Chairing the session, the CEO of KIIFB, K. M. more-in The projects funded by the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) had been able to trigger development and to create requisite infrastructure needed for the State, Minister for Public Works G. Sudhakaran has said.The government has been able to end the stalemate that was prevailing in the infrastructure sector over the years with the key capital projects getting KIIFB assistance, the Minister said while inaugurating a three-day international conference on ‘Infrastructure development: Issues, innovation & the way forward’ that began here on Thursday.
