Racing bikers kill woman: Witnesses

Jyothilakshmi was crossing the road along with two other women, Thulasi (52) and Shalini (38) also hailing from Nedumcaud. Thiruvananthapuram: A 45-year-old woman was killed after she was knocked down by a speeding motorbike, which was involved in an alleged road race , near Ambalamukku on Thursday afternoon. Shalini’s condition was reportedly better compared to the other injured, the police officials said.The motorcycle that caused the accident was a Pulsar 200 CC. Residents said that there were three motorcycles that were moving at high speed. Eyewitnesses said that Jyothilakshmi was tossed off in the air in the impact of collision and fell hard on the tarmac, injuring her head severely.
