CKP’s health a cause for concern, says MT Ramesh

But that doesn’t mean that we should deviate from peaceful protests,” Ramesh said.Meanwhile, the BJP state unit would review the party’s Sabarimala protest programmes at a meeting on Wednesday and chart out the future course of action.

Eight days of hunger strike has taken a heavy toll on his health. Still, he prefers to continue the strike,” said BJP state general secretary M T Ramesh.“The Pinarayi Vijayan government is too insensitive even towards hunger strike. But that doesn’t mean that we should deviate from peaceful protests,” Ramesh said.Meanwhile, the BJP state unit would review the party’s Sabarimala protest programmes at a meeting on Wednesday and chart out the future course of action. The party would continue the agitation until the state government correct its stand, said Ramesh.However, how to take the agitation forward and who should continue the hunger strike, if Padmanabhan was to be shifted to hospital, would be decided at the meeting, he said.
