K Surendran may enter fray in Pathanamthitta

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Th e BJP central leadership is learnt to have picked K Surendran, the party's face in Sabarimala campaign, as candidate in Pathanamthitta Lok Sabha seat, reports B S Anilkumar . BJP will contest in 14 seats, BDJS five and Kerala Congress (Thomas) one seat, he said. It is also learnt to have advised party state president P S Sreedharan Pillai to keep off the fray and oversee the election work.The other names reportedly finalised are Sobha Surendran (Attingal), Tom Vadakkan (Kollam), K S Radhakrishnan (Alappuzha), Alphons Kannanthanam (Ernakulam), A N Radhakrishnan (Chalakudy) and C Krishnakumar (Palakkad). Party chief Amit Shah is expected to take the final call.B JP national general secretary P Muralidhar Rao, meanwhile, announced the seat-sharing agreement among NDA constituents.
