Vadodara: A 12-year-old girl from Dabhoi was allegedly stalked by three men from her village over the last three months. Police booked Kamlesh Bariya, Ajay Bariya and Jayanti Bariya at Dabhoi police station on Monday for stalking and criminal intimidation. However, cops did not reveal their age.The girl studying in class VII in a government school said that the three accused used to follow her whenever she used to go to school or any other place in the village. She also told the police that all three used to wait outside her house and ogle at her when she would come out of her house.Police said that the girl informed her parents about the harassment when the trio tried to stop her on Monday. In her complaint, the girl stated that on Monday Kamlesh held her hand and forced her to have physical relations with her. The girl managed to flee from there, but the trio threatened her to not inform anyone about the incident.She then informed her parents who approached the police. However, none of the accused has been arrested yet.“We will record the girl’s statement before a magistrate under section 164 of criminal procedure code,” a police official said.
