A Barodian has decided to organize a first-of-its-kind matrimonial meet in the city to facilitate the meet of singles who are looking for a partner. Vijay Wadhwani said that he thought of organizing such meet due changing lifestyles.“Many men and women marry late as they are either busy making their career or are not able to find a suitable partner. Usually such delay leads to frustration or wrong decisions. I have noticed this trend and hence decided to organize a matrimony meet for them,” said Vijay Wadhwani. Wadhwani has launched a website www.zindagimilegidobara.com where people can register themselves for free.“They have to fill up a form and list out their details along with the kind of partners they are looking for. There is no bar on caste, creed or religion. Anyone from the country, who is looking for a partner, can attend this meet,” Wadhwani told TOI.The matrimony meet has been organized for six days between November 6 and November 21.The meet will be organized at Urmi School.“The participants will have to introduce themselves and then search for a suitable partner. Once they zero in on someone, their families can take the matter forward. The idea is to provide a platform for singles, divorcees and widow men and women to start their life again,” Wadhwani added. He said that this meet will also spread the message of communal harmony as people can choose partner of any religion or caste.
