Real estate developer held for cheating gets bail

Patel will also have to remain present at DCB police station on every first and third Sunday until cops file chargesheet.Patel was arrested after Suthar approached police with his complaint that the accused had not paid him Rs 18 lakh for the work that Suthar had done at Monalisa Complex in Manjalpur area, which Patel and his partners constructed.According to Suthar, after construction of project completed, Suthar submitted a bill of Rs 25 lakh to Patel. The accused paid Rs 6.7 lakh and kept the remaining amount pending. When Suthar asked for his money, Patel kept dilly-dallying and eventually did not pay the money.
