Garment shop owner cheated of Rs 1L by traders

Vadodara: A garment shop owner living in Tarsali was cheated allegedly by Jodhpur-based traders of over Rs 1 lakh.Complainant Swati Borse, was contacted by one M L Sharma from Jodhpur in November 2016. When Sharma did not make any payment, Borse deposited the cheque, but it returned. In December 2016, Borse received a cheque. He showed interest in buying 300 printed shirts and told Borse that he will make the entire payment of over Rs 1 lakh in advance through cheque. Sharma asked Borse not to deposit the cheque as he will make online payment within a week.
