Leadership meet to harness human potential

Vadodara: To celebrate its fifth anniversary, HR Milestone, a trust formed by HR professionals, is organising a leadership conclave on Saturday. The speakers at the event, titled ‘Leadership Conclave 2019 - Harnessing Human Potential’, include spiritual leader Brahmvihari Swami, P S Rathore, Radhakrishnan Pillai, Anand Pillai, Nandkishore Chaudhari and Dr Heena Shah. “The ‘human’ in ‘human resources’ is disappearing and needs to be revived,” he added.tnn Rathore will give a live demonstration at the event to show how each individual has the potential to follow the path of leadership. founder member of HR Milestone, Dr Haresh Chaturvedi, said that the purpose of the conclave is to provide a stage to the citizens to come forward for developing leadership skills.
