Six speakers to inspire minds at TEDxNUV on Sunday

VADODARA: Six eminent speakers from different walks of life will inspire young minds during TEDx NUV that will be hosted by city-based Navrachana University, Vadodara (NUV) on Sunday.The second edition of TEDxNUV, an independently organized event, licensed by TED, will feature local voices and TED Talks videos under the theme of ‘Where’s the box?’.TEDxNUV is being held with the objective to reach out and inspire people with “ideas worth sharing” which have the potential to help people make a strong difference in their lives.While India’s one of the best origami artists Himanshu Agrawal, a holder of five world records in the art of origami, will share his knowledge about the traditional Japanese art form of origami, Soumabrata Moulick, who is engineer by qualification and a photographer by choice, will be sharing “the art and science of seeing”.Trained as a civil engineer working in the area of sustainability, Abhinav Gangumalla, will share what he learnt on the road less travelled.Viral Joshi will deliver speech on “looking at the birds through your ears” sharing his experience of more than six years in the wild.City-based social worker Juin Dutta will share a few first hand experiences that she and her co-teachers had as they got engaged in teaching students from underprivileged sections of the society through ‘Pathshala’.Ansh Mishra, an MBA from Allahabad and a former HR professional, will share the thrilling journey that he had when he reached out to people of 28 states and four union territories in 254 days without spending a single penny!
