Man who moved HC against IGP booked for forgery

Following this Mittal lodged forgery case against Rabari.Rabari had moved high court alleging that some persons from Haryana had encroached upon his land in Karjan and the local police was not registering his complaint. Sometime after July 2015, Rabari bought e-stamp in Mittal's name by forging documents and got the power of attorney cancelled at the office of sub-registrar's office in Akota. Vadodara: A complaint of forgery was registered against Khoda Rabari, who had moved Gujarat high court accusing inspector general of police (Vadodara range) G S Malik of threatening him in connection with land deal.Police said that Rabari had given power of attorney of his land in Bhayli village to a realtor Shivanshu Mittal, residing on Vasna-Bhayli Road to construct a building.
