Besides, the members also proposed setting up of "Beti Suraksha Samitis" at police station level, listing of eve-teasers and abusers in police diary, seizing ending all rights of child rapists, and strict action against police officials for ignoring such cases.A committee headed by Supreme Court lawyer Ashok Sehgal prepared the draft of Beti Suraksha Gurantee Bill that proposes for the accountability of the authorities right from village level. It has been initiated by an NGO Vishal Bharat Sansthan to raise child related issues.At the meeting held at Varunanagara Colony in Hukulganj unequivocally demanded capital punishment for the rapists of minor girl.
