VARANASI: BJP MLA from Bairia in Ballia district Surendra Singh on Wednesday termed murder of dreaded mafia don Prem Prakash Singh alias Munna Bajrangi inside Baghpat district jail on July 9 as ‘ishwariya nyaya’ ( divine justice ).“Yeh Ishwariya vyavastha hi hai ki Munna Bajrangi mara gaya. Samvidhan bhale hi isme der lagaye huye tha, lekin uparwale ne kisi ko prerit kar diya. Pramanit ho gaya ki ‘jo jas karahi tad phal chakha’ (It is divine system that Munna Bajarangi was killed. Though there was a delay in constitutional system , the divine power did it through someone else. The incident has proved that a man has to pay for his deeds),” he told reporters in Ballia while justifying the killing.“It is true that Bajrangi was killed inside jail, but it should be understood that the divine power runs the universe on his own will. The man who killed him surely did a crime, but God did justice by motivating him to kill a criminal. ‘Mein to ise ishwariya vyawastha manata hun, samvaidhanik vyavastha nahi (I believe that the incident happened under divine system and not constitutional system),” he said.“Mein to vyaktigat rup se bahut khush hoon ki Krishnanand Rai ka hatyara, aur 40 bahu-betiyon ko vidhwa banane wala goli se mara gaya. Bhale hi kisi apradhi ne galat kam kiya hai lekin, Ishwariya satta evam vyavastha ke anusar bilkul sahi hua hai. Mein vyatigat rup se ek insane hone ke nate bahut hi khush hun (I am personally very happy that the man who killed Krishnanad Rai and made 40 women widows was shot dead. Although a criminal did wrong, what happened was absolutely justified as per divine power and system. As a human being, I am very happy with this incident),” he added.Asked about availability of arms and ammunition in the jail, he blamed the staff accusing them of taking money from criminals for such favour. He, however, defended the Yogi government saying that it was the first incident of its kind in BJP-led government, while several such incidents happened during SP and BSP regimes.“Kam se kam isme apraadhi dwara ek apraadhi mara gaya, isme bahut sochane ki baat nahi hai (At least a criminal was killed by another criminal in this incident. There is nothing to ponder about it)", he added.He, however, admitted that the incident has exposed corruption in the system.Reacting to the recent Unnao molestation and gang rape case, Singh had said on Saturday that “such incidents (rapes) could not be controlled even if Lord Ram comes (to Earth). Such incidents are natural pollution of the society”.He had also termed West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee ‘Surpanakha’, the sister of demon king Ravana, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a reincarnation of Lord Ram.
