VARANASI: The chief judicial magistrate court, on Friday, declared former Samajwadi Party MP Jawahar Jaiswal and his son Gaurav as absconders after they failed to appear before the court despite several warrants, in connection with a 2012 murder case.The chief judicial magistrate JP Yadav issued the order after inspector of Cantonment police station Rajiv Ranjan Upadhyay submitted an application.As per reports maintained by Cantonment police, the ex-MP and his son were accused of murdering a bank employee Mahesh Jaiswal at the latter's residence in Orderly Bazaar area on April 23, 2012.
