VARANASI: Rajya Sabha member and senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy said that Ram temple would be constructed in Ayodhya at any cost."No force in the country can stop the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya," said Swamy while delivering a lecture on 'Sri Ramjanmabhoomi Mandir: Situation and Possibilities at Banaras Hindu University on Saturday. The lecture was organized in memory of VHP leader Ashok Singhal by Arundhati Vasishtha Anusandhan Peeth."I have filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court seeking enforcement of my fundamental right under Article 25 of the Constitution to worship at the spot where Hindus have faith that Lord Ram was born," he said adding that the Sunni Wakf Board is arguing its rights to property, which is an ordinary right and not a fundamental right, hence under law the fundamental right is superior to the ordinary right to property."My case would not last more than 10 days if the court gives date and starts hearing in January 2019. I assure you that the construction of temple will begin when I come here next time," he said.
