VARANASI: A mini replica of the tent city of Gujarat’s famous Rann Utsav is coming up fast for the non-resident Indians (NRIs), who will visit Varanasi to attend the three-day 15th Pravasi Bharatiya Diwas (PBD) convention beginning January 21.Set in the rural backdrop at Aidhey village, the under-construction tent city is an amalgamation of a temporary human settlement equipped with all possible modern amenities.A cluster of 620 wodden floor cottages in three categories will accommodate 1,480 guests, said officials.
