Gorakhpur: In a hair-raising incident, two minor cousin sisters were repeatedly burnt with hot iron tongs and forced-fed human excreta by their family members for having an affair with boys who studied with them in same school.The victims, who sustained bruises in their hands, have revealed their ordeal to the police after being brought back on Tuesday night from Nepal, where they had fled from the clutches of their tormentors.The girls were presented before the Child Welfare Committee after they refused to go back with their family members who despite having tortured them were allegedly sent to Nepal by the Gorakhpur police to bring the minors back. Later, the NGO contacted us with the help of the Nepal police and we inturn informed the incident to SP crime, who immediately rushed the police with us to take the girls back.”On Monday, the girls managed to escape from their house and first reached Campirganj by an auto and then reached Badhni, the Indo-Nepal border before fleeing to Nepal.
