Andhra Pradesh finance minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu takes a dig at Jaitley

AMARAVATI: Lashing out at the Union finance minister Arun Jaitley Andhra Pradesh finance minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu has said that Constitution has clearly prescribed the rights, powers and duties of State and Centre. He found fault with Jaitley for his remarks on the state government’s decision to restrict the entry of CBI into the state. Yanamala said that state has sovereign right to take such decisions.In a statement issued on Monday, Yanamala criticised Jaitley for his derogatory remarks against the powers of the state governments. He dared Jaitley to make the Rafale deal documents open if at all he had guts to face the public. He wanted to know as to why Centre is hiding the information of the Rafale agreement from placing it before the Parliament.

He doubted that CAG report on Rafale deal is being deliberately delayed only to save the bigwigs involved in the scandal.Yanamala Ramakrishnudu strongly defended the state government’s decision to black list the CBI from entering the state after the image of the premier agency mired in the scandals. He said that Centre was chiefly responsible for the top officials of the CBI slapping cases against each other resulting in irreparable damage to the image of the investigation agency. He demanded that Jaitley should break his silence on CBI former DGP Alok Verma’s statement before CVC in which he alleged that Centre had utilised special director Asthana to implicate former railway minister Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family in the IRCTC scandal with false charges.“The political weather in Delhi was polluted than the air pollution due to the murky politics of Narendra Modi and Amit Shah ,” fumed Yanamala.He said that Modi is not the chaiwala but the 'corporatewala'. He said that Modi had been working to benefit the corporate industries and billionaires.Yanamala said that TDP would step up its efforts to make the opposition parties work together to defeat the BJP in the 2019 elections. He said that they would clean all the institutions polluted by the BJP government after next elections.
