Will make Mangalagiri a model constituency: Nara Lokesh

He said that presence of an experienced leader like Chandrababu Naidu had helped the state achieve so much of development in spite of complete non-cooperation from the Centre.Lokesh also alleged that YSR Congress chief Jagan Mohan Reddy would not utter even a word against Modi as he was worried about his cases. GUNTUR: Asserting that chief minister Chandrababu Naidu has put the development in the state on fast track, IT and rural development minister Nara Lokesh on Sunday said that he will make Mangalagiri a model constituency with the blessings of the locals.Lokesh visited several villages in Mangalagiri constituency.He said that he would take up under-ground drainage project in Mangalagiri soon after winning the election.“We will not only start the project but also complete it within no time as Mangalagiri is going to be the 'cyberabad' of Amaravati,” said Lokesh.He said that he would take personal interest to complete a dedicated drinking water scheme through which all the households would get water in next 18 months.He said that Prime minister Narendra Modi had openly threatened Guntur MP Jayadev for grilling him over the issue of special category status (SCS).Lokesh said that the state under the leadership of Naidu had outsmarted even the Centre on growth rate.
