After sending off driver Prasad, Viveka went to sleep at his home. And on 15th morning, Viveka's PA Krishna Reddy reached the residence at 5:30 am but thought Viveka was still asleep. After an hour later when there was still no response from inside, watchmen Ranganna tried to enter the residence through the side door and Krishna Reddy followed. Viveka's PA Krishna Reddy first informed the incident to all the relatives of the deceased.”“Round about the same time, Y S Avinash Reddy informed local police inspector that Viveka had died of a heart attack. By the time the local inspector rushed in, there were too many people at the scene of crime. The body was shifted from bathroom to bedroom and blood stain in the bedroom was erased. The bedsheet in the bedroom was also changed. They even applied band-aid to almost all the wounds on the deceased's body'', said the SP.“After some people present at the scene claimed that the deceased had vomited blood and sustained a head injury after he accidentally hit the commode and died on the spot, a case was registered,” said Rahul Dev Sharma.“Later the body was shifted to the local government hospital and then clues teams, dog squads were pressed into service and the scene of offence was thoroughly examined.
