AMARAVATI: Hitting out at the YSRCP for its list of candidates, TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu has dubbed it as criminals' list.Naidu said that Dharmana Prasada Rao and Nandigam Suresh, who announced the candidates' names in the presence of party chief Jagan Mohan Reddy , were themselves accused in different criminal cases.Interacting with the party leaders through teleconference on Tuesday, Naidu said that Dharmana Prasada Rao was accused in Visakhapatnam land scandal case and Suresh was accused in the case of burning of banana nurseries in the capital city area.Naidu said welfare schemes for the people would take a back seat if the state goes into the hands of criminals.He referred to the murder of Jagan's uncle YS Vivekananda Reddy to highlight the way the YSRP chief and his family tried to hush up.He suspected that Jagan’s father-in-law Dr Gangireddy too had a role in terming the murder as death due to heart attack.Naidu said that family members, who handed over a letter purported to have been written by Viveka, said that they have kept the letter secret till the evening for fear of threat to the life of driver Prasad.Naidu demanded the family should also tell that from whom Prasad was facing threat.“A vote to Jagan and his candidates is only a vote to the criminals. We should focus on all such issues during the campaign,” said Naidu.Naidu said that YSRC had also resorted to cyber crimes by filing thousands of form-7 to delete the eligible voters from the lists.
