VIJAYAWADA: YSR Congress president YS Jaganmohan Reddy filed his nomination papers from Pulivendula assembly constituency in Kadapa district on Friday. Before filing the nominations, Jagan said he had relied on Pulivendula for physical, psychological and ideological strength.
He asked voters to tell Chandrababu Naidu that YSRC's 'Navarathnas' are important than money that TDP is distributing during the election.
I appeal to people to maintain utmost restraint and vote even if the government imposes restrictions on our leaders," he said.
"When TDP and Congress joined hands to keep me away from the public, it was your unflinching faith in our family that has kept the YSRC legacy alive.
Urging the people to vote for a new chief minister, Jagan further said, "I could withstand every attempt to malign me only because of Pulivendula and will continue to work hard for people."
