PMO tried to implicate me in false cases: MP Galla Jayadev

GUNTUR: The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) tried to implicate him in false cases after he exposed PM Narendra Modi’s lies on not granting Special Category Status (SCS) to the state right in the Lok Sabha, Guntur MP Galla Jayadev accused. Jayadev released his progress card as MP here at a meeting on Monday. He alleged that Guntur East, West and Prattipadu legislators were responsible for the delay in completion of UGD scheme. He said that about 178 questions were pertaining to the state and 22 about Guntur. Jayadev said that they would shortly launch primary health centres in all constituencies.

GUNTUR: The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) tried to implicate him in false cases after he exposed PM Narendra Modi’s lies on not granting Special Category Status (SCS) to the state right in the Lok Sabha, Guntur MP Galla Jayadev accused. However, they could do little as he had been the highest taxpayer in the state and was handling all his businesses strictly following the rule-book, he claimed.He said that he had perfectly done his job as Lok Sabha member by championing the cause of the state. Jayadev released his progress card as MP here at a meeting on Monday. Speaking to the media, Jayadev dared his chief rival and YSRCP candidate Modugula Venugopala Reddy to release his performance report as MP and MLA if he had guts to face the public.Jayadev said that he had achieved several schemes and projects for the development of the constituency during his five-term both from the state and central government. “Enforcement Directorate summoned me for questioning soon after exposing PM’s lies in the Parliament. They threatened me to carry out I-T searches. I simply told them to go ahead if they find anything wrong with my businesses,” said Jayadev.Subsequenly, Income Tax department carried out searches on the assets of his brother-in-law and Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu, alleged Jayadev. He said that his grandfather had served jail term while fighting against the British rule and he had no qualms about facing the dictator Prime Minister Narendra Modi.He said that his attendance in parliament was 85 per cent and he raised 495 questions. He said that about 178 questions were pertaining to the state and 22 about Guntur. He said that he had moved six bills and participated in 120 debates. He had bagged two Kendriya Vidyalayas and 11 new bridges to his constituency. He said the state government had also cleared Rs 225 crore worth Nallamada drain modernization scheme to provide irrigation facility to 35,000 acres.He said that he had played key role in bringing AIIMS to Mangalagiri . He alleged that Guntur East, West and Prattipadu legislators were responsible for the delay in completion of UGD scheme. Jayadev said that they would shortly launch primary health centres in all constituencies.
