DRM: Avoid inconvenience to differently-abled passengers

Cashless transactionsThe DRM along with Additional DRM K. Venugopal Rao and heads of various departments checked the toilets on different platforms. The DRM directed the officers to visit the platforms regularly to maintain cleanliness. He directed the officials to keep the gates open and provide easy access to senior citizens and differently-abled passengers from the East Entrance-1. Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) R. Dhananjayulu on Saturday inspected the platforms, reservation office, catering stalls and other facilities at the Vijayawada railway station. The DRM interacted with the staff at the retiring rooms, booking office and other places.
