The team from Delhi Public School, Ukkunagaram, won the first prize and bagged the cash award of ?15,000. To bring awareness about Information Technology among school students of classes 8 to 10, Computer Society of India, Visakhapatnam chapter conducted ‘Wizkid Quiz 2018’ competition on Tuesday at Ukku Club, Ukkunagaram. The first and second runners-up teams were from Navy Children School, Nausenabagh and DPS, Ukkunagaram who received a cash prize of ? 9,000 and ? 6,000 respectively. Sudhansu Choudhary, AGM (IT), Visakhapatnam Steel plant, conducted the quiz. More than 145 teams from 27 different schools in and around the city participated in the quiz.
